Good morning! Gus is my assistant for today and we’ve recorded a Thursday Thankfulness post. But since our recording only includes his Thankfulness, I’ll write my brief list. This week I am thankful for: two awesome kids who have beautiful personalities. I’m late today, but here it is: I am thankful that our satellite went out tonight, because I ended up browsing through things friends posted on Facebook. I am thankful to Gus’s godfather for finding the most interesting things and for posting a link to TED.com. And mostly, today, I am thankful for this amazing woman who has done [...] How fortunate for me that our annual review and IEP meeting happened to fall on a Thursday. So I can cage two birds at once (I see no reason for violence and killing of innocent creatures). What is instilling gratitude this week? I am thankful that we got all of Gus’s services renewed for next year without [...] Yup, I played hooky yesterday. Granted, I only have to answer to myself when nothing gets done around here, but I can be quite a pain to work for. At any rate, I’m glad I did take the day because today has already been non-stop. I am aware that today is Friday, but I ran into a few technical difficulties yesterday that took up the bulk of the day, so I never got to sit down and post. That Gus has had a really good first full week.
